Countdown to your favorite event and have the number of days remaining show up in your status bar.
Upon running Countdown Notifier, you can set the message to be shown in the notification and the date of the event you are counting down to.
You can also have a widget which shows the countdown days.
Please watch the video if you have questions on it's usability. Also, we do not currently support Apps2SD because it requires 2.2 and there are too many 2.1 users to do this. If there are enough requests, I can branch the app and make it available for Froyo only which allows Apps2SD.
* Currently, the widget is required for automatic daily update of countdown time. This will be fixed in the near future.

- A pop-up window with the permissions required by Countdown Notifier will be shown. Click on Accept to continue the process.
- Countdown Notifier will be downloaded onto your device, displaying a progress. Once the download completes, the installation will start and you'll get a notification after the installation is finished.
